We can’t take responsibility for the material on the site, because we cannot monitor all the current links that appear on our pages, although clients can be banned from the site and not refundable. Creativesection.com works tireless to build a huge database of creative work. Files uploaded to our database may be deleted by you, although they’ll stay in the database hidden until told otherwise. Thereby always reconsider before trying out our database and to upload personal or improper material to it, what enters the database stays. Unless spoken to us personally. TERMS OF AGREEMENT When you subscribe to creativesection.com on a yearly basis, you pay all in one time or by a chosen period installment on your credit card, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you ask us to stop it. To make sure your access to creativesection.com is not disconnected, we’ll continue to charge you on the same Credit Card with the same periodicity you chose first. One month prior to the renewal date, we’ll contact you by email to make sure you’re still interested or give you the opportunity to cancel the renewal. We reserve the right to change the amount, basis for determining, fees or charges for the services we provide, and to institute new fees, charges or terms, but only upon prior notice to customers, always giving you to opportunity to react if you want to. Clients of Creativesection.com are never obliged to continue using there account, and are never forced to pay. Clients may at any time decide to terminate their subscription, although it will not be refundable. Creativesection.com may terminate your account if you are abusing our policies or by other reasons brought to you with opportunity to react. For Creativesection.com like for any of the subscription services provided by us, there is no refund. However, if you have a technical problem to access ads/banners purchased through an subscription, please contact us by e-mail at info@creativesection.com or by phone at +46 8 667 11 47 and we will be happy to help you and to solve the problem. The ideal of Creativesection.com is to be online 24 hours a day, although the reality doesn’t always looks that way and can thereby be shutdown at any time without any form of compensation for online clients or users. The shutdowns will be to increase the speed/simplify/upgrades/new services or suddenly disruptions, all to make a safer and faster web.
